This morning we have considered the option of a court order but it will take too long to secure and is therefore not a viable option.
However, our regular monitoring of the site has revealed that there are now 7 caravans on the Green which should further cross the threshold for the Police to issue a Section 61 and act to remove the occupants.
Alongside this we have had confirmation of a number of reports via the online form of anti social behaviour from residents. This again should aid in sufficient data for a Section 61.
We have therefore contacted the Police and have expressed not only our disappointment at their support to date, but have asked for detailed reasons as to why they acted as they did and have asked they attend the site and issue a section 61 as we believe this is relevant.
