- Maidenhead Community Watch has arranged this event in conjunction with BT Digital to help you learn why the change is necessary and what means to you.

“We told you recently that we’ll be switching your home phone service to BT’s new Digital Voice, so we can continue to give you the best service today and for the future.
We know that you might have questions or want some more information, so we’re coming to Maidenhead in person, where we’ll have a team on hand who can tell you what Digital Voice is, why the change is necessary, and what it means for you. You can come and talk to us about how to help them. You don’t have to pre-book, just turn up.
If you can’t make it, don’t worry. It could take a little while before we switch you over to Digital Voice, and we’ll make sure we’re in touch at least a month before this happens. We hope to see you there.”
