Bray Parish Planning Committee meets at least monthly and endeavours to hold additional meetings for applications that impact heavily on its residents.
The parish council is a statutory consultee on all planning applications within the parish. Bray parish council submits comments on applications to RBWM Planning Officers, follows up on enforcement issues within the parish and comments where appropriate at both Development Control Panel meetings and Appeal Hearings.
