Explanation:
A Parish Meeting or Annual Electors Meeting must be held once a year, between 1st March and the 1st June.
The Annual Parish Meeting is a meeting of all the local government electors for the Parish. It is NOT a Meeting of the Parish Council.
Electors are welcome to ask questions at the discretion of the Chairman.
