Dear residents,

We currently have 4 candidates for 2 available Parish Council ward seats.

Those residents who register by the 16th July 2025 and live in Bray Parish and surrounding area can participate in the Co-Option process which will take place on Monday 28th July 2025 at Braywood Memorial Hall as part of the Parish Council’s Main Council meeting.

To be eligible to become a parish councillor in the UK, you must be at least 18 years old, be a British citizen, a Commonwealth citizen, or a citizen of a European Union member state, and meet one of the following criteria: be registered to vote in the parish, have occupied land or premises in the parish for 12 months before the election, have worked in the parish for 12 months before the election, or have lived in the parish or within 3 miles of it for 12 months before the election.

After 28th July the Co-option process will cease as we will be at our full complement of 15 Councillors.
