Environment and Climate Change Strategy 2026-2030

The Climate Partnership are excited to invite you to a Community Environment and Climate Strategy Workshop where your ideas and experiences will help shape how our borough tackles climate change and protects our environment.

We currently have two dates booked in for Maidenhead with more coming across the borough.

Date: 3rd July

  • Time: 10PM -1PM
  • Location: Townhall – Council Chambers

Date 13th July

  • Time: 1PM – 3PM
  • Location: Eco Action Hub – Nicholsons Centre

Who’s it for? Residents, community groups —everyone who cares about our environment!

What to Expect:

  • Bring your ideas: Share local solutions or good practices you’ve seen elsewhere.
  • Join a themed table (e.g., Energy, Transport, Natural Environment, Waste and Food Waste Reduction, Climate Adaptation and Health and Wellbeing).
  • Prioritise ideas using a visual “Diamond Nine” activity which will help prioritise ideas.
  • Explore how to fund, implement, and measure the most promising and impactful ideas.
